review of Diet Enlightenment by Rachel L. Pires

I reviewed this book “Diet Enlightenment- The Real Secret to Weight Loss” by Rachel L. Pires. At first I thought it was going to be a book that is nothing but a repeat of any other book I have read on weight loss. In a way it was but in a much clearer format. I have read books that blabber on and on about how to lose weight and how fantastic you will feel if you just do this and this and this. I have done nearly every single diet she has mentioned, I even have the lap band, but I am still overweight. Rachel’s practical advice makes me look at losing weight much differently. I have counted calories in the past but I do believe that is where I need to start again. My problem is reaching my calorie goal for the day. IN hr book she introduced me to the Mifflin-St. Joer formula. I plan to put this in action for myself to see if it will work. I’m always game to try anything, and I think this time I will try harder to stick to it. I love the tools she provides for calculating your needs. Especially the Activity Calculator. That helps tremendously. I am looking forward to sitting down and creating a plan for me and my wife so we can both lose some weight.‪#‎DietEnlightenment‬

A New Year and New Opportunities

I can honestly say, I feel more like myself every single day that goes by. I have even begun perusing my scrapping tools and so on to see where I want to start off first. For Christmas 2010 I got The Cinch binding machine. I have looked at it off and on, but never really considered buying it for myself, so imagine my surprise when I got it!!  It is still in the box, but as the next few days roll by, it's going to come out and be used. My first project that I am going to share on here,  is going to be an ABC book I will make for Gabriel with The Cinch. It's going to be 8x8 sized ( as I couldn't find anything any smaller) and quite possibly,I will also be using Celina's YourStory to laminate the pages. We all know how 2 going 3 year olds can be on book pages....  I chose this project to start with in general so I can practice with The Cinch. Also because there are unlimited things I can make with the Cinch, so I'd rather practice on something that can be done an

What is more fun that having a tattoo like mom or dad? Having your own!! My two children are not old enough for a real tattoo but they sure did love these!!!! They are easy to put on and remove but no one likes taking them off!!!! There are 6 sheets of a variety of tattoos, and plenty of them!!! No one will get left out! Order these for this summer and let your kids tattoo themselves away!!!! 5 stars for the product and ten for the company nan2nim!!!!!! http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DOXOU8M #nan2nimTats I received this product at a reduced price for an honest review.
