No seriously, this book, while having a weird format is an okay book. It is not my favorite book by any means but it was a worthy read. I am first and foremost a chimp. I don't like to exercise, I don't like outside unless its coolish and I certainly do not run marathons or even aspire to run them. Frankly, I am LAZY. So while this book is good for many other people, it was of no use to me except to read the books short pages about human ants,dolphins andmy kind, the human chimp.
